Start with two white and two black discs on the board. Place your disc on an empty square in a way that it surrounds opponent pieces horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Flip over opponent pieces that are bound to change them into your color. The goal of Reversi (or Othello) is to have more discs of your color by the end of the game.
